Cancellation Policy
At Glow Theory Studio, we value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation policy below:
• Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the service total.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the 15% fee will also apply.
• Rescheduling: We’re happy to help you reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
• Emergencies: We understand life happens—please contact us directly if you have an emergency situation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
